Being from the SW and stopping for Mexican food anywhere else I was not expecting much but this place was better than a lot of places I have been in TX. If needing a little warmth get the Chile Verde for the win. Our group of 5 from Phoenix and Dallas were all pleasantly surprised and thoroughly pleased with our meals.

The plates were hot like most Mexican restaurants. Food was okay, nothing great. The queso tasted like white velveeta to me. The salsa was missing something. Tried adding salt, but that wasn't it. The maragaritas tasted light and not much salt. The beans were good!

Our group of 5 wasn't too thrilled with the overall outcome of our meals. The salsa was the consistency of tomato sauce from a can. A side of guacamole tasted like the avocados were a bit old. Pretty much all the entrees needed salt added. The chicken in my enchilada was a bit dry.
The service was friendly and attentive, but I was literally being asked what I wanted to drink before I took off my coat and sat down.
We ordered fried ice cream for dessert but the ice cream was rock hard, I get the impression the ice cream had been scooped in advance and had been sitting in a freezer for who knows how long.
The place was clean and busy on a Saturday night. -

Best fish tacos I have ever had. I have tried other foods on the menu very good, margaritas are great! Nice people that wait one your table. This place we visit about every Sunday! Good food and service!

Pretty solid place for lunch. Lots of people in and out, but it didn't slow service down at all. Had the lunch fajitas and there were about twice as big as they needed to be. Meat was hot and well seasoned, the salsa is ok but nothing to go out of your way for. Nice little hole in the wall, have had better and have had worse. Staff was fast and friendly.
